Region Gotland upphandlar ramavtal omfattande utredningar, för- och detaljprojektering av infrastruktur för den nya stadsdelen Visborg. Ramavtalet omfattar all erforderlig utredning och projektering knutna till att ta fram förfrågningsunderlag för den etappvisa utbyggnaden av den regionala/kommunala infrastrukturen med gator, torg, parkmark, dagvattensystem, va-ledningsnät m m i hela den tilltänkta nya stadsdelen Visborg med gränser som framgår av kartor
