Description
AB Stockholmshem har idag inget sammanhållet arbetssätt kring skador på fastighetsbeståndet. Det sker med underentreprenörer där samordning och kommunikation ligger på AB Stockholmshem. Man har nu ett behov av att engagera samarbetspartners som kan underlätta, genomföra och göra klart skadeärenden ”från ax till limpa”. Med detta menas att snabbt kunna undanröja fara för person eller sakskada och därefter som ett totalåtagande åtgärda skada på aktuella byggdelar i fastighetsbeståndet.
