Description
Ramavtalet avser rivnings- och saneringsarbeten samt avfuktningsåtgärder inom Norrköpings kommuns fastigheter. Ramavtalet omfattar arbeten såsom rivning av befintliga ytskikt, innerväggar, innertak, lister, golvbeläggningar, golvspackel, dörrar, fönster etc. Sanering kan bestå av arbeten med tryckimpregnerade träprodukter, asbest, kemikalier, kontaminerade innerväggar av gips, trä, plåt, isoleringsprodukter eller betong etc. Avfuktningsarbeten/fuktsanering kan bestå i fastigheter som exempelvis har fått en vattenskada som måste avfuktas. Avrop sker genom rangordning för arbeten understigande 600 000 kr och genom förnyad konkurrensutsättning för arbeten överstigande 600 000 kr upp till 5 000 000 kr. Beställaren avser att teckna ramavtal med totalt tre (3) leverantörer.
