Description
Locum avser anskaffa ett Ramavtal avseende Rekryteringstjänster. Syftet med upphandlingen är att tillgodose Locums behov av rekrytering av kompetenser inom organisationen som behövs inom ramen för den löpande verksamheten. Ramavtalet omfattar rekryteringar av samtliga roller som finns inom Locums organisation eller som tillkommer under ramavtalstiden. Ramavtalet har två delområden, Fstighetsnära tjänster och Stödfunktioner. Uppdragen som kan bli aktuella inom delområdena kommer att variera, allt från fullständiga rekryteringsuppdrag till avgränsande tjänster såsom search, tester och second opinion. Avrop sker genom dubbel avropsordning där fullständiga rekryteringsuppdrag avropas genom Förnyad Konkurrensutsättning och avgränsade tjänster avropas genom rangordning i respektive område. I samband med avrop definieras varje uppdrag närmare.
