Ramavtal för projektledare, projekteringsledare, byggledare och kontrollansvarig i syfte att komplettera Beställarens egen kompetens samt resursförstärkning. Uppdragen avser ROT-projekt inom flerbostadshus innehållande lokaler av olika volymer exempelvis; Stambyte, ventilation, installationer el och styr, yttre underhåll (fasad, gård och mark) lokalkonvertering samt lokalanpassningar.
