Ramavtalet omfattar maskinentreprenader i Stockholm Vatten och Avfalls anläggningar. Ramavtalet är uppdelat i två delområden. Med maskinentreprenader avses bl. a. leverans, montering och svetsning av rör i rostfritt/syrafast stål, rördelar, maskiner, ventiler, processinstrument, stålkonstruktioner samt rivning i enighet med avropets ritningar och teknisk beskrivning eller överenskommelse.
