Upphandlingen avser leverans och montage av lås och låstjänster. Region Jämtland/Härjedalen använder sig idag av lås och låssystem från Assa, KABA, Bewator och iLOQ. Utöver låsarbeten omfattar avtalet även installation av tillhörande lås till passersystem, inklusive både elektromekanisk samt  mekanisk låsning.  Upphandlingen innefattar en option avseende byte låssystem
