Upphandlingen avser tjänst för konvertering av CAD-modeller enligt de villkor som anges i Ramavtalet med tillhörande handlingar. Leverantören ska leverera tjänsterna med den skicklighet, snabbhet och omsorg som Beställaren har anledning att förvänta av ett välrenommerat företag i branschen. Tjänsterna ska kunna tillhandahållas under hela ramavtalstiden, utan avbrott, i enlighet med Ramavtalet.
