Lomma kommun har behov av att säkerställa tillgång till livsmedel för verksamheter inom bland annat förskolan, skola vård och omsorg och socialtjäns mm. Behoven består dels av planerade inköp av skafferisortiment, dels av oförutsedda och akuta inköp som måste kunna tillgodoses omedelbart.
