Description
Upphandlingen och efterföljande Ramavtal är till för att FMV och Försvarsmakten ska kunna avropa konsulter inom ILS-området enligt definition i ALP-10. Ramavtalet omfattar både inhyrd personal och uppdragskonsulter avseende, men inte begränsat till, verksamhetsutveckling (metodstöd, utbildning etc.), teknisk projektledning, teknisk elementledning och tekniska specialister samt konfigurationsledning/styrning. I och med Sveriges NATO medlemskap kommer FMV/FM i denna upphandling basera definitionen av ILS-metodiken på NATO STANAG 4876, ALP-10 NATO GUIDANCE FOR INTEGRATED LIFE CYCLE SUPPORT. Denna stödjer användandet av ASD S-Serien gentemot industrin och syftar till att säkerställa den tekniska produkten/systemets tillgänglighet och driftsäkerhet ur ett supportperspektiv genom analyser i systemets/produktens livscykelskeden, samtidigt som totala livscykelkostnader för drift och underhåll minimeras. Supportsystemet är ett tekniskt system som utvecklas och vidmakthålls genom SE-metodik (Systems Engineering) och ILS-metodik.
