Description
Upphandlingen syfte är att tillgodose Sjöfartsverkets behov av extra isbrytningskapacitet på Göta Älv och Vänern och övriga svenska farvatten utan att detta innebär ensamrätt för vald leverantör att tillhandahålla isbrytar- och/eller bogserbåttjänster åt Sjöfartsverket i dessa områden.
