Description
Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna ramavtal om installation, renovering, komplettering och uppgradering av teletekniska säkerhetssystem på Kriminalvårdens anläggningar i hela landet. Ramavtal tecknas med flera leverantörer med avropsordning förnyad konkurrensutsättning. Upphandlingen genomförs enligt lag (2011:1029) om upphandling på försvars- och säkerhetsområdet. (Direktiv 2009/81/EG (Försvar och säkerhet))
