Description
Upphandlingen kommer att resultera i ett ramavtal där ett antal leverantörer via förnyad konkurrensutsättning tillgodoser Kriminalvårdens behov av inrikes charterflygningar. Vid varje enskilt avrop kommer samtliga antagna leverantörer att tillfrågas och den anbudsgivare som lämnat det ekonomiskt mest fördelaktiga anbudet med tilldelningsgrund pris kommer att tilldelas kontrakt och får utföra uppdraget.
