Description
Husarkitektens uppgift är att bistå Beställaren förvaltning vid utveckling av både byggnader och mark i samverkan. I arkitektens uppgift som Husarkitekt ingår att samgranska HA-gruppens handlingar och att tillsammans med sina underarkitekter svara för en kulturhistorisk och funktionell helhetsbedömning. Uppdragets omfattning och art förutsätter att alla nyckelpersoner i uppdraget under stor del av arbetstiden är tillgängliga för uppdraget. Husarkitekten har gentemot Beställaren det övergripande ansvaret för uppdragens kvalitet och genomförande och ska samordna och leda de kompetenser som behövs. Husarkitektens uppdrag innefattar även rollen som handläggande arkitekt åt beställaren.
