Upphandlingen avser ett serviceavtal avseende planerat och felavhjälpande underhåll av hissar, portar och övriga förvaltningsobjekt inom de fastighetsområden som framgår av förfrågningsunderlaget. Avtalstid är två (2) år med möjlighet till förlängning med ytterligare högst två (2) år med ett år i taget. Omfattningen, lika fördelad på de två anbudsområdena, på detta ramavtal (4 år) uppgår till sammanlagt 28 MSEK (takvolym).
