Description
Beställaren avser att upphandla ramavtal för grävtjänster för mindre uppdrag. Ramavtalet omfattar grävtjänster, maskiner inklusive förare för förläggning av el och fiber. Upphandlingen genomförs med ett förhandlat förfarande i två steg.
