Denna upphandling sker med målsättning att under preciserade förutsättningar upprätta ramavtal avseende golventreprenader för Golv Tyresö bostäders fastighetsbestån och Tyresö kommun.Ramavtal löpande golventreprenadtjänster. Ramavtal löpande golventreprenadtjänster. Ramavtal kommer att tecknas med tre rangordnade leverantörer. Uppdraget kan komma att beröra brukare, hyresgäster och personal etc. som vid utförande kommer att vistas i lokalen eller byggnaden. Förutom varsamhet till de som befinner sig i lokalen ska utförande av uppdraget präglas av hög kvalitet inom områdena såsom tillgänglighet, säkerhet och energihushållning. Objektet omfattar: Tyresö Bostäder AB och Tyresö Kommuns fastighetsbestånd
