Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för servicearbeten, avhjälpande underhåll, reparationer samt om- och tillbyggnadsprojekt gällande golvarbeten. Upphandlingen omfattar golvarbeten med tillhörande spacklingsarbeten, renoveringsarbeten såsom badrumsrenoveringar, köksrenoveringar etc. Avrop sker genom angiven fördelningsnyckel (se AFD.43) för arbeten understigande 350 000 kr och genom förnyad konkurrensutsättning för arbeten överstigande 350 000 kr upp till 5 000 000 kr. Beställaren avser att teckna ramavtal med totalt tre (3) leverantörer.
