Upphandlingen avser inköp av kompletta fästen alternativt fästdetaljer som kan kombineras till kompletta fästen för montage av antenner m.m. Upphandlingen genomförs enligt förhandlade förfarandet med föregående annonsering i två steg, i enlighet med LUFS. Denna inbjudan avser steg 1 – Anbudsansökan. De kandidater som kvalificerar sig i steg 1 kommer att bjudas in att delta i steg 2 - Anbudsinfordran.
