Detta ramavtal avser mottagning av förorenade massor och farligt avfall som uppkommer i saneringsarbeten och bygg- och anläggningsprojekt av olika slag. Massorna och avfallet kommer från projekt med Gävle kommun eller Gästrike Vattens dotterbolag som huvudman där kommunen åtagit sig ett ansvar för eventuella föroreningar.
