Description
Ramavtalet avser byggnadsarbeten och reparationer med mera av karaktären underhållsåtgärder, brand- och vattenskador, lokalanpassningar, verksamheters tillval och mindre projekt. Projekten kan kräva upprättande av arbetshandlingar och samordning med andra entreprenörer. Handläggning och upprättande av relationshandlingar även i dessa fall. Beställaren har för avsikt att anta minst tre (3) entreprenörer per område. Avrop kommer ske genom rangordning samt via förnyad konkurrensutsättning inom avtalet. Förutom Skellefteå kommun deltar även de kommunala bolagen Skellefteå Science City, Skellefteå airport, Skellefteå museum och Västerbottensteatern i denna upphandling. Observera att under perioden 20 juni - 14 augusti kommer inga frågor besvaras. Det går bra att ställa frågor under denna period men de kommer besvaras först efter dessa datum.
