Upphandlingen är ett ramavtal för filmning, inspektion, flödesmätning och ovalitetsmätning för Vänersborgs kommun. Vänersborgs kommun arbetar för att leta upp ovidkommande vatten i vårt ledningsnät. För att fortsätta detta arbete vill Vänersborgs kommun på nytt teckna ett ramavtal med ett företag som kan ta oss vidare i den här processen och hjälpa kommunen att hitta det ovidkommande vatten som belastar vårt ledningsnät.
