Syftet med upphandlingen är att teckna ramavtal för väktartjänster, ordningsvakter, trafikvakter och trivselvärdar. Det största behovet av tjänster är under sommarsemesterperioden. Det är viktigt för kommunen att kunna erbjuda trygga miljöer för både boende, personal och besökande.
