Centrala studiestödsnämnden (CSN) genomför upphandling av ramavtal för filmproduktionsbolag. Av den anledningen behöver CSN upphandla ett produktionsbolag som kan producera professionell film för CSN:s kunder och för att stärka CSN:s varumärke samt filmer för olika kampanjer och uppdrag. Filmerna ska publiceras på bland annat den externa webbplatsen csn.se samt i sociala medier.
