Description
Upphandlingen avser enklare "byggservice" åtgärder inom beställarens fastigheter samt inom våra förvaltningsuppdrag, samtliga fastigheter belägna inom Huddinge Kommun. Observera att beställaren bland annat har separat avtal för byggentreprenadtjänster, så detta avtal avser enklare åtgärder såsom montering av skyltar, byta klämskydd, rikta dörrar och täta/justera fönster mm. Upphandlingen är indelad i två geografiska områden, Område 1 - Sjödalen, Fullersta, Stuvsta, Snättringe, Skogås, Trångsund Område 2 - Flemingsberg, Visättra, Vårby, Segeltorp Den anbudsgivare som erhåller det lägsta utvärderingspriset tilldelas område 1, den anbudsgivare som erhåller det näst lägsta utvärderingspriset erhåller avtalsområde 2. Anbudsgivare som tilldelas ett område blir dessutom back-up inom det andra området.
