I aktuellt kvarter är en större mängd hyresgästanpassningar med hög säkerhetsklass planerade som inte ryms inom ramen för SFVs nuvarande ramavtal därför handlas detta ramavtal upp specifikt. Utsedd entreprenör kommer agera generalentreprenör med i huvudsakligen egna underentreprenörer men vissa specialistdiscipliner eller material kan komma att anvisas från SFVs befintliga avtal.
