Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal byggtjänster för att täcka kommunens behov av löpande entreprenadarbeten som t. ex fastighetsunderhåll, reparationer och mindre om- och tillbyggnadsarbeten. Uppdragen kan omfatta både planerade och oplanerade arbeten och omfattar i huvudsak byggnader och lokaler för kommunal verksamhet (skolor, förskolor, äldreboenden, vårdlokaler, kontor m.m.) och kommersiella lokaler i beställarens fastighetsbestånd. Gäller även bostadsanpassning/tillgänglighet etc.
