Description
Upphandlingen omfattar ramavtal för byggservicearbeten inom Beställarens fastighetsbestånd. Arbeten för detta avtal omfattas av service, underhållsarbeten och reparationer, ombyggnadsprojekt samt mindre nybyggnadsprojekt. Ramavtal i rangordning kommer att tecknas med två (2) Anbudsgivare per geografiskt område. Ramavtalstiden är från 2024-01-01 till och med 2025-12-31 med möjlighet till förlängning med ett (1) år vid två (2) tillfällen.
