Description
Upplands Väsby har heltäckande MIKE+ modeller över kommunens dricks-, dag- och spillvattensystem. Modellerna används bland annat till planering, förnyelse, identifiering av problem och för att testa åtgärder. I Upplands Väsby utförs huvuddelen av modelleringen inom den egna organisationen. Vid behov tar vi in konsultstöd som kan ge teknisk support, granskning, erfarenhetsutbyte, kompetensutveckling eller utföra uppdrag där kommunens egna resurser inte räcker till. Detta är bakgrunden för denna upphandling. Uppdragen kräver hög kompetens inom vatten och avlopp samt hög kompetens inom modellering på självfallssystem och trycksatta system. Kompetensen kan delas av två personer inom inom samma organisation, exempelvis en som arbetar med trycksatta system och en som arbetar med självfallssystem. Konsulten behöver ha egen licens for MIKE+. Uppdrag som kan komma att avropas: Uppdatering, granskning och kalibrering av modellerna. analyser, utredningar, scenarioberäkningar och dimensionering inom dricks-, spill- och dagvattenmodellering Flödesdataanalyser, tillskottavsttenanalyser, Teknisk support, granskning, erfarenhetsutbyte och resursstöd för kommunens egna modellering.
