Description
Ramavtal för konsulttjänster avseende Systemarbets- och livscykelsstöd till FM tekniska system. FMV har upphandlat ett övergripande ramavtal för konsulttjänster avseende Systemarbets- och livscykelsstöd till FM tekniska system. Ramavtalstid 3 år grundåtagande med optioner på ytterligare 4 år vilka kan lösas ut vid ett eller flera tillfällen, totalt 7 år inklusive optioner. De tjänster som finns definierade i detta ramavtal avser att primärt nyttjas för övergripande systemarbete för Försvarsmaktens Tekniska System (FM TS). Med detta avses det systemlednings- och systemarbete som krävs i de tidiga faserna av systemutveckling, det arbete som är systemövergripande (system-av-system) samt det arbete som krävs för att inrikta de producerande projektens respektive systemarbete. I ramavtalet ingår även stöd till planerings- och definitionsarbete. Ramavtalet är begränsat till att stödja tidiga faser innan anskaffning, samt inom övergripande systemledning och designledning fram till avveckling. Konsulttjänster vid genomförande av projekt och/eller aktiviteter avseende ett system under anskaffning- eller produktionsfas omfattas inte av detta ramavtal och där ska andra arenaspecifika rama…
