Description
Ramavtal avseende Prenumerationstjänster som används inom hela FMV. FMV prenumererar idag på svenska och utländska tidskrifter. Prenumerationerna tecknas både i tryckt och elektronisk form. Leverantören ska fungera som agent mellan avropande myndighet och förlag gällande att förmedla svenska och utländska tidningar och tidskrifter i tryckt och elektronisk form. Leverantören ska hantera samtliga kontakter med förlagen så som nybeställningar, avbeställningar, förnyelser, betalningsströmmar, kontakter, onlinetjänst, reklamationer samt prisförhandlingar. FMV har fått i uppdrag att genomföra upphandlingen även för MSB, Riksdagsförvaltningen och Riksrevisionen som kommer att bli avropsberättigade på det ramavtal som FMV tecknar.
