Upphandlingen avser, enligt förutsättningarna i detta förfrågningsunderlag, ramavtal avseende Roslagsvattens löpande behov av lastbils- och entreprenadmaskintjänster för utbyggnad, reparationer och förnyelse inom Roslagsvattens ledningsnät i dess huvudmannakommuner Österåker, Vaxholm, Vallentuna, Ekerö och Knivsta för såväl planerade som oplanerade åtgärder. I åtagandet ingår även tillhandahållande av visst material och tippning. Förutsättningar och krav framgår i övrigt av förfrågningsunderlag som helhet.
