Ramavtal av Mark- och förläggningsentreprenad omfattar både för VA och Elnät. Entreprenören åtar sig att för Beställarens räkning utföra arbete som exempelvis: Kabelgravsarbeten schakt/återfyllning, kabel-, slang- och rörförläggning, kabelmontage, kabelskåpsarbeten eller utgörs av markarbeten i huvudsak i form av ledningsschakter samt ledningsförläggning av försörjningssystem (VA) samt återställningsarbeten.
