Upphandlingen och efterföljande avtal har till syfte att säkerställa beställarens behov av dessa produkter enligt givna förutsättningar i förfrågningsunderlaget. Upphandlingen är indelad i två kategorier, kategori Armaturer och kategori Ljuskällor. Anbud kan läggas på ena eller båda kategorierna.
