Sankt Kors planerar och utför flertalet ombyggnationer och nybyggnationer och verksamhetsanpassningar om året. Arbetsuppgifterna består i att bistå med arkitekttjänster under hela byggskedet. Detta innebär hyresgästmöten, skisser/förstudier, projektering, medverkande på och under projektet förekommande möten samt upprätta relationshandlingar.
