Description
Kiinteistöihin kohdistuvat hankkeet ovat pääsääntöisesti olemassa olevien tilojen korjaus-, kunnossapito- ja muutostöitä, jotka voivat olla kokonaisarvoltaan enintään 150 000 euroa. Kynnysarvon ylittävät hankinnat kilpailutetaan aina erikseen. Hankkeet ovat sisällöltään, kooltaan ja kustannuksiltaan erityyppisiä. Hankkeet toteutetaan VTT:n päättämän aikataulun mukaisesti, jolloin hankkeet eivät välttämättä jakaudu tasaisesti sopimuskauden ajalle. Työt suoritetaan sopimusosapuolten hankekohtaisesti laatiman aikataulun mukaisesti. Hankekohtaiset tavoitteet määritellään kussakin hankkeessa yhdessä VTT:n kanssa. Hankinnan kohde oli kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön kohdassa "Hankinnan taustaa".
