Description
Hankinnan kohteena olivat Opiskelija-asunnot Oy Joensuun Ellin ja Joensuun Kodit Oy:n rakennuttamispalvelut sekä rakennusteknisten ja TATE- töiden valvonta sopimuskaudelle 15.8.2024 - 31.12.2025 + yksi (1) + yksi (1) vuoden optiomahdollisuus. Hankintamalli on kolmen (3) toimittajan puitejärjestely per osa-alue. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta.
