Hankinnan kohteena olevien painatus- ja digitointipalveluiden ja tuotteiden vähimmäisvaatimukset oli kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä. Sopimuskauden tavoitepituus oli n. 4 vuotta.
