Description
Rajavartiolaitos pyytää tarjoustanne toimitilakalusteista tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. HANKINNAN KOHDE JA LAAJUUS Tämä tarjouspyyntö perustuu Hansel Oy:n Toimitilakalusteet 2021–2025 (DPS) dynaamiseen hankintajärjestelmään (jäljempänä ”DPS”). Tarjouspyyntö koskee DPS:n luokkaa 1: Kalusteet tavarahankintana. Hankittavien tuotteiden ja palveluiden vähimmäisvaatimukset on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. SOPIMUSKAUSI Kilpailutus koskee Rajavartiolaitoksen peruskorjatun Raja- ja merivartiokoulun toimitilakalusteita. Kyseessä on projektihankinta. Rakennusaikataulun mukaisesti peruskorjaus valmistuu lokakuussa 2024. Toimitilakalusteiden tulee olla toimitettuna ja asennettuna alustavasti 15.11.2024 mennessä. Muutokset aikataulussa ovat mahdollisia ja pyrimme tiedottamaan asiasta mahdollisimman pian. Osa-alueita on kaksitoista (12). Osa-alueilla 1-2 sekä 4-12 tarjoajan tulee tarjota kaikkia tuotteita, osatarjous osa-alueen sisällä ei ole sallittu. Osa-alueella 3 Tuolit on sallittua jättää enintään 3 tuoteriviä tarjoamatta. Tyhjien tuoterivien osalta hintavertailussa käytetään kyseisen tuotteen osalta kalleinta tarjouspyynnön mukaisessa tarjouksessa tarjottua…
