Description
Lepingu esemeks on Rail Baltica regionaalse reisijateveo veeremi ost koos kaasnevate teenustega, samuti veeremiühiku optsioonid. Tehniline kirjeldus on lisatud (Lisa 1). Eduka pakkujaga sõlmib iga hankija (Elron, LTG, Vivi) eraldi lepingu. LTG ega Vivi ei kohustu lepingu sõlmimisega veeremit ostma, vaid tagavad optsiooni veeremile sama tehnilise kirjelduse ja samade üldtingimuste (Lisa 2) alusel nagu Elron, välja arvatud asjaomase hankija spetsiifilised põhitingimused (Lisad 2.1, 2.2 ja 2.3). / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
