Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages mit einem Unternehmen über die Erbringung von Audit- und Zertifizierungsleistungen für die „Good Manufacturing practice“-Zertifizierungen (kurz „GMP-Zertifizierungen“) der Herkunftskennzeichnung, der Biozertifizierung und definierten „Tut-gut!“-Kriterien der „Vitalküchen“ in den NÖ Landes- und Universitätskliniken sowie über den Prozess der Herbeiführung der Zertifizierungsreife in den NÖ Pflege- und Betreuungszentren.
