Description
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss von Rahmenvereinbarungen, welche sich auf vier Lose aufteilen und die Aufgaben der Projektsteuerung und Projektmanagementleistungen in allen Phasen der Projekte NordWestLink, OstWestLink, OstWestLinkplus, SuedWestLinkplus, SuedOstLink und SuedLink in der Bauherrenorganistion umfassen. Die Aufgabenbereiche sind in folgende Lose unterteilt und umfassen insbesondere: (SuedLink, SuedWestLinkplus, SuedOstLink lediglich Los 4) Los 1 - Projektsteuerung (ausgenommen SuedLink, SuedWestLinkplus, SuedOstLink): Sie gewährleistet die Transparenz für die zeitlichen Abfolgen von Arbeitspaketen und deren Fristigkeit sowie die Nachverfolgung von Fortschritt und Überwachung von Projektentwicklungen und Risiken. Als Teil der Projektsteuerung besteht die Leistungssteuerung aus der Koordination von übergeordneten Schnittstellen sowie der Kontrolle der korrekten und vollständigen Durchführung der Leistung von externen Lieferanten, Dienstleistern sowie internen Fachkoordinatoren und sonstigen Stakeholdern.
