Description
BEKANNTGABE der abgeschlossenen Rahmenvereinbarung. Das gegenständliche Vergabeverfahren betrifft den Um- bzw. Zubau des Gebäudes ARIO+Küche am Standort Klinik Favoriten (siehe Beilage C01 – Baubeschreibung). Die ausschreibungsgegenständlichen Leistungen sind in Los 1 (Bautechnik – Rohbau und Ausbau), Los 2 (Elektrotechnik), und Los 3 (Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs , Sanitär-, und Regeltechnik) gegliedert und jeweils als Teil-Generalunternehmer je Los (Teil-GU) umzusetzen.
