Im Rahmen des flächendeckenden Roll-Outs des Elektronischen Dokumentenmanagement- und Vorgangsbearbeitungssystems (El.Dok 2.0) plant das Land Brandenburg die Einrichtung zentraler Scan-Arbeitsplätze für das ersetzende Scannen in Behörden und Einrichtungen. Hierfür wird ein Rahmenvertrag für die Beschaffung von Scannern unterschiedlicher Kategorien ausgeschrieben.
