Predmet nabave su: - radovi konstrukcijske obnove - usluga izrade projektne dokumentacije za dogradnju učeničkog doma s ishođenjem potrebnih dozvola - izvođenje radova na dogradnji učeničkog doma u skladu s izrađenom projektnom dokumentacijom i potrebnim dozvolama do potpune gotovosti sa ishođenjem uporabne dozvole (po principu „ključ u ruke“) Projekt učeničkog doma treba biti izrađena sukladno Državnom pedagoškom standardu. Naručitelj i projektant moraju redovito surađivati tokom izrade projektne dokumentacije. Predmet nabave je detaljno opisan u projektnom zadatku.
