Predmet nabave je izvođenje radova na izgradnji Centra za starije osobe Grubišno Polje u Grubišnom Polju na lokaciji novoformirana k.č.br. 5178 k.o. Grubišno Polje. Predmet nabave mora se izvoditi sukladno ponudbenom troškovniku, Glavnom projektu zajedničke oznake projekta Z-15/21, od veljača 2022. godine izrađen po Arting d.o.o., Bjelovar, kao i pravomoćnoj i izvršnoj Građevinskoj dozvoli, KLASA: UP/I-361-03/22-01/000012, URBROJ: 2103/1-21-22-0026, od 14.03.2022. godine, a koji su priloženi ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi i čine njen sastavni dio. Radi izbjegavanja ponavljanja, na detaljniji opis predmeta nabave upućuju se ponuditelji na Glavni projekt i troškovnik. Naručitelj je slobodno i bez ograničenja stavio na raspolaganje svu prethodno navedenu dokumentaciju putem EOJN RH.
