Description

SLU önskar teckna ramavtal med en eller flera leverantörer med uppdrag att förse SLU med förbrukningsprodukter inom skog, lantbruk, service och brädgård enligt vad som anges i kapitel 3. SLU ska under år 2025 till 2027 genomföra ett rådgivnings- och konceptutvecklingsprojekt riktat till målgruppen lantbrukare som bedriver nöt- och lammköttsproduktion på mindre enheter i Västra Götaland. Insatsen finansieras av länsstyrelsen Västra Götaland och därför ska den fysiska utbildningsinsatsen ske på plats i Västra Götaland. Syftet med det nya konceptet ”Företagslyft Lantbruk” är dels att lyfta lantbrukarnas kompetens inom företagsledning och riskhantering, dels att metodutveckla nämnda koncept för företagsanalys. Företagslyft Lantbruk är inspirerat av olika metoder inom ”Lean” och rådgivningen/coachningen sker i form av ERFA-grupper, både fysiskt och digitalt. Genom Företagslyft Lantbruk förses lantbrukarna med verktyg som hjälper dem att identifiera slöserier och förbättringspotentialer i sin verksamhet, samtidigt som de i grupp coachas i att vidta förändringar och tränas i metoder som ökar deras förmåga att kontinuerligt arbeta med produktionsförbättrande åtgärder i alla delar av sitt f…
