Description
Upphandlingen avser att tillgodose kommunens inköp av partier med livsmedel, på hel- eller halvpall, som inte kan säljas av ordinarie grossist på grund av tex kort hållbarhet, överproduktion, felproduktion, skönhetsfel på förpackning eller skönhetsfel på produkt. Denna upphandling är en komplettering till avtalet i livsmedelsgrossisten för att verksamheten ska kunna medverka till minskat matsvinn i hela produktionskedjan. Utbudet av partier är beroende av vad producenter och importörer har behov av att sälja för att förhindra matsvinn.
