De aanbestedende overheid zoekt met deze overheidsopdracht meerdere externe partners die ondersteuning kunnen bieden aan entiteiten van de Vlaamse overheid die nood hebben aan communicatiestrategieën, -content en -materiaal in alle mogelijke vormen. Deze nood kan gaan van het realiseren van zowel digitale als niet-digitale grafische ontwerpen tot het ontwikkelen van (communicatie)strategieën en het breed uitrollen van communicatieacties.
