Raamovereenkomst voor Afwerkingswerken in het onderhoud van gebouwen voor een duur van 3 jaar met mogelijke verlengingen van 2 keer 1 jaar. De scope bestaat onder andere uit de volgende groep van werken (hoofdobject) en diensten: • Reparatie en installatie van scheidingswanden • Reparatie en installatie van verlaagde plafonds • Schilderwerken • Brandwerende afdichtingen • Reparatie en installatie van zachte vloeren (bv. tapijten) • Reageren op HIF-oproepen betreffende infrastructurele kwesties die verband houden met het bovenstaande toepassingsgebied
